Certified teacher Sheryl Youngblood offers Beginner Qigong
Foundation's Level I of Qigong Healing Center Training Program.
Sheryl has been training Inner Traditions with Gary W. Abersold
for Five years, and has completed elements of Gary Abersold's
Taoist/Buddhist lineage Training's; traditions such as Wuji Shi
Qigong. Wuji Dan Shi Tai Chi, 14 Weeks to Awareness training,
Taoist inner rites, Buddhist Esoteric Empowerments, Taoist
Metaphysics. She continues to train daily and weekly within this
lineage of traditions and cultivating her personal practice.

Sheryl has previous three years training experience in Wu family
Tai Chi made popular by Master Wu Kung Yi of Hong Kong China
and Wu Kwong Yu (Eddie Wu). She is starting her eighth year in
the Asian arts, in cultivation, qigong, and herbs.
